Unveiling LuxeBook Top 100 2025 Leaders in Luxury
Founder, Aparna Kaushik Design Group

What do a visionary real estate maven, a tech-savvy luxury e-tailer, and a couturier to royalty all have in common? They’ve each carved a unique niche in India’s evolving luxury landscape, and they’re all part of LuxeBook’s Top 100 Leaders in Luxury list for 2025.

Now in its most ambitious edition yet, the LuxeBook Top 100 celebrates the crème de la crème across industries- spanning fashion, auto, hospitality, beauty, design, jewellery & watches and beyond. The list is more than just a roll call of power; it’s a curated pulse-check on where luxury in India is headed and who’s driving the change. In an era where conscious consumption and meaningful experiences take precedence over mere possession, this edition’s spotlight is firmly on responsible luxury.

From heritage to innovation, the 2025 list features those who dare to redefine what is precious. It recognises creators, visionaries, and custodians of craft; people who blend legacy with modernity, purpose with profit, and aesthetics with intent. This isn’t about the haves and have-nots, it’s about the audacity to dream, the finesse to deliver, and the grace to elevate every detail.

Take, for instance, Amit Goyal, Managing Director of Sotheby’s International Realty in India. A former banker-turned-entrepreneur, Goyal introduced the globally renowned real estate brand to India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, building a network that reflects luxury’s new global-local identity. With two decades of experience in private banking and investment, he doesn’t just sell real estate, but creates legacy assets for the ultra-affluent. His signature leadership style? Empowerment, delegation, and vision. “Luxury for me is exclusiveness and opulence—some things are meant to be experienced by the discerning few,” he shares.

On the other end of the spectrum is Gopal Asthana, the CEO of Tata CLiQ. A retail veteran with over 24 years of experience, Asthana is navigating the future of luxury through digital-first strategies. Since taking over in 2023, he’s been instrumental in revamping Tata CLiQ Luxury and CLiQ Palette, adapting to the expectations of younger HNIs who want curated experiences, not just products. For him, luxury is measured not in things, but in time. “It’s priceless and superior to any asset you possess,” he says, with a nod to his most treasured item- a Montblanc pen, and his fondest memory, a stay at the Hilton Bali Resort.

Then there’s Tarun Tahiliani, one of India’s most celebrated fashion designers and a perennial favourite on this list. Known for reinterpreting traditional Indian craftsmanship with global finesse, Tahiliani’s work has long bridged the old and the new. His latest launch, OTT by Tarun Tahiliani, is a luxury prêt label designed for the contemporary wardrobe- fluid, detailed, and effortlessly chic. For him, LuxeBook is more than just a publication, it’s a platform. “It showcases exclusive luxury experiences, products and services for individuals seeking high-end lifestyle inspiration,” he says.

A Glimpse into the Future

These stories are just the tip of the iceberg. The 2025 Top 100 is populated with game-changers from across the luxury ecosystem- trailblazers in sustainable fashion, digital artisans creating NFTs for haute couture, wellness entrepreneurs reimagining Ayurveda for the globe, and hoteliers building India’s most coveted getaways. The common thread? An unrelenting pursuit of excellence and a desire to make luxury more meaningful, inclusive, and innovative.

As consumption fatigue sets in and deliberate spending becomes the new normal, this list marks a shift in narrative- from ostentation to authenticity. Luxury is no longer about shouting; it’s about whispering in the language of craftsmanship, culture, and conscience.

So, why not turn the pages and hear from the visionaries themselves? Because the future of luxury is already here and these 100 are leading the way.
